About The Position

Project Planner: The project planner is responsible for working with the Sales and Operations Teams to plan and execute successful projects; defined as being safe, profitable and with a delighted customer.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient with contract management systems
  • Must be attentive to detail
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated

Nice To Haves

  • 2-4 years of experience in contract drafting/administration, contract management, legal operations, or a similar field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the preconstruction and operations teams to develop and maintain project plans which include aiding in the delivery of projects that are on schedule and in line with the project’s respective estimates.
  • Provide routine project schedules, profit-forecasting, and trend reports tracking performance metrics to operations and senior management team
  • Maintain, update, and distribute project reporting and documentation such as, but not limited to, job books, daily field reports, timesheets, delay notifications, extra work orders, schedules, purchase order logs, quality documentation, crew qualifications, incident reports, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Possess a desire and willingness to gain exposure, training, and coaching in other Project and Operations Management related tasks.
