About The Position

We’re looking for a Project Planner to support aerospace production programs by building schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams. This role keeps projects on time and ensures all deliverables meet customer and AS9100 requirements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of project planning or scheduling experience (aerospace preferred).
• Strong skills in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows, BOMs, and engineering changes.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in AS9100/ISO environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules (MS Project/Primavera).
• Track milestones, risks, and delays; escalate issues early.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to align timelines.
• Monitor material lead times and supplier status.
• Prepare weekly project updates and KPI reports.
• Support change requests, documentation control, and program reviews.
