About The Position

Responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, design, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations. The position involves collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. The Project Manager will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, while identifying potential risks and resolving issues to ensure successful project outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively coordinate with all stakeholders and drive project success. This position is a limited-duration position of 18 months

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Business or related area preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years or High school diploma/ GED with 7+ years of experience with the planning, design, construction management, and contract administration of building projects, which includes experience with multimillion dollar building projects required.
  • Experience with computer-aided drafting (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with current technical environmental impact assessment methodologies (e.g., historic resources, transportation, air quality).
  • Strong knowledge of hospital policies and departmental procedures, preferred.
  • Experience in architecture, engineering, operational or healthcare/scientific-related field involving architectural projects or contracts administration, preferred.
  • Experience managing large complex projects.
  • Proven performance in earlier role.
  • Professional certification (e.g., Project Management, OSHA safety certification), preferred as applicable.
