Plan, manage, and execute IT infrastructure and Platform Hosting projects across on-premise and cloud environments. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource assignments to support successful delivery. Coordinate day-to-day project activities across technical teams supporting server, storage, application hosting, database, and cloud services. Track and manage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Facilitate project governance activities, including status meetings, reviews, and stakeholder communications. Provide clear, accurate, and timely project status reporting on progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions. Support requirements coordination, task prioritization, and work sequencing to ensure alignment with customer expectations. Manage project documentation, including charters, schedules, risk registers, action items, and deliverable tracking. Support change management activities related to project delivery, including coordination of approvals and communications. Apply Agile, Lean, or hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate to improve delivery efficiency and predictability. Collaborate with program leadership, technical leads, and customer stakeholders to ensure project outcomes meet operational and performance expectations. Bachelor's degree, or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT project management or IT service delivery roles supporting Federal Government clients. Minimum 5 years of experience applying PMI-based project management principles to plan and delivery technology or IT projects, including responsibility for scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder communication. Current PMP certification. Must live within 60 miles of the client site in Rockville, MD. Ability to obtain a Public Trust Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end IT project lifecycles using PMI-aligned practices, from initiation through closeout. Proven ability to manage 3 - 5 concurrent IT projects of varying size or complexity while meeting delivery milestones, stakeholder expectations, and reporting requirements. Professional certifications such as Agile, or Scrum-related credentials. Experience supporting infrastructure or platform hosting initiatives in cloud, hybrid, or on-premise environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and recommend corrective actions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience working with technical teams and senior leadership.
