About The Position

The Project Manager will oversee and manage key initiatives and projects within our organization. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects related to organizational growth, system implementations, and process optimization. You will collaborate closely with leadership, business leaders, and external stakeholders to drive the execution of projects while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Psychology, related field, or related work experience may be considered (1 year of related work experience per 1 year of college).
  • Professional experience with project management experience is essential
  • Strong understanding of organizational development principles, practices, and tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management, internal and external customers, and the ability to present information accurately and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Manages vendor relationships.
  • Manages cost/benefit analysis.
  • Build working relationships with and provide consultative support to internal and external business partners to assess, identify, and support specific system wide initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills; ability to work in concert with others to accomplish objectives and goals; ability to build solid working relationships across the organization; ability to gain agreement on issues and next steps from diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to formulate action plans and timelines and to execute those plans; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Must be experienced in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the commitment to see projects to completion.
  • Demonstrates creative thinking and a willingness to implement new approaches.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with organizational assessments, culture change initiatives, and leadership development programs.
  • Experience in change management is highly desirable.
