The Project Manager serves as a resource to Chief Hospital Executive (CHE) or other members of the executive team (VP or above) assisting with strategic planning and deployment, business development, analytics, and operational support. Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, or a related discipline.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
  • This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous work experience within a healthcare field preferred.
  • Knowledge of contemporary healthcare management issues through recent training or appropriate certifications preferred.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support as assigned by the executive leader for special projects / initiatives in their areas of responsibilities including the INTEGRIS Leadership Operating System.
  • Creates and executes required project documents and project work plans.
  • Champions the ongoing design, redesign and improvement of operational processes to enhance organization success.
  • Assigns activities to members of the project team and follows up to ensure appropriate, timely execution of project tasks.
  • Develops and manages project budgets and reports variances to hospital executive leadership.
  • Supports additional initiatives as assigned.
