At James & Whitney Co., we’re expanding rapidly and looking for a driven, results-oriented Exteriors Project Manager to oversee high-quality roofing, siding, and window installations at job sites throughout Southern Maine. In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with skilled, experienced crews to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Requirements

• Industry Expertise: Experience in managing carpentry, roofing, siding, or window projects.
• Proven Project Management Skills: A track record of managing timelines, budgets, and teams to successfully complete projects.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong ability to manage client expectations and lead diverse teams to success.
• Problem-Solving Ability: A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple projects simultaneously.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 90lbs, climb ladders, bend, stoop, and work in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring successful and timely completion.
• Coordinate Resources and Teams: Manage schedules and coordinate crews to deliver exceptional results.
• Client Relationship Management: Be the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Address issues quickly and find effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Quality Control: Maintain high industry standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
