Project Manager
About The Position
The Project Manager is responsible for working with the estimation and sales teams on all viable HVAC Project opportunities in the Charlotte, NC and surrounding market area (Greensboro, Raleigh, Fort Mill, SC...) and managing Commercial HVAC Projects from start to finish. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is dependable and process-oriented. The employee should have a high level of attention to detail, be accurate and consistent, and work well with others. A successful Project Manager will be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously including providing clear direction and timelines to the technical staff, while also achieving the planned project gross profit with an emphasis on accurate labor utilization. Safety and customer satisfaction must be inherently at the forefront of all projects and should result in repeat business.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in leading HVAC projects up to multi-million dollars in project revenue
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent follow through and setting of expectations to achieve a desired deadline
- Excellent understanding of the HVAC industry landscape, who the key players are in the Charlotte, NC market, product availability, and allocation of both people and inventory resources
