Job Overview It is the responsibility of the project manager to organize, supervise and coordinate the project and onsite staff, in order to complete the work on schedule, within budget, and to the quality of workmanship specified, while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The project manager serves as the Haynes Group Inc. (HG) representative in the Owner-Architect-Builder team, and is responsible for protecting and promoting HG interests, and that of the clients, in all matters. In addition, the Project Manager has supervisory responsibility for the Assistant Project Manager and Field team within the project scope.
