THE BASICS OF THIS PROJECT MANAGEMENT ROLE As a Project Manager at NVE, you will be responsible for a 1M SF facility in a high-security environment, ensuring seamless coordination between trade personnel, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. This role requires an active Top Secret clearance, as you will be overseeing critical operations within a secure facility. Your day is a blend of managing the maintenance program, coordinating with other maintenance contractors in the facility, and developing projects for repairs or replacements in support of the O&M program. Your O&M program includes oversight of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, sewage, stormwater systems, and fire protection. Given the nature of this position, candidates with military experience in facility operations, logistics, or engineering-who understand the importance of security protocols and operational readiness-are strongly encouraged to apply. In this project management position, you also coordinate service calls, preventive maintenance, and repairs while ensuring all work is done according to contractual agreements, industry best practices, and strict security regulations.
