Our work depends on a Project Manager joining our team to be responsible for scope, schedule, and performance of assigned projects from the Sterling, V.A. or Annapolis Junction, M.D. locations. As a Project Manager supporting the Government, you will be trusted with management, direction, administration, and quality control of the execution of assigned projects/tasks in accordance with Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices. The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI poly
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline
• +6 years’ experience or the equivalent combination of education, technical certification or training, or work/military experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience managing projects through project life cycle
• Solid leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills
• Solid organization skills and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with Microsoft Project
