This role is responsible for leading all phases of assigned enterprise IT projects, serving as the single point of contact from concept through final implementation. This role defines project scope, develops detailed work plans and schedules, and ensures alignment with quality standards, budgets, and approved timelines. The individual coordinates across end users, technical teams, client services, and construction partners to integrate enterprise network and IT requirements into major renovations, upgrades, and new developments. They conduct project meetings, track progress, manage vendor deliverables, and perform thorough risk analysis and mitigation. The Project Manager must interpret and work with technical documents such as network diagrams, blueprints, construction narratives, contracts, and project charters to ensure accurate execution. Additionally, the role provides analytical and technical guidance to project teams, facilitates cross‑team collaboration, and delivers clear executive‑level presentations and status updates.
