Responsibilities

  • Perform project management activities for multiple concurrent projects following established CSU Technology Project Management processes and practices.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors and operating departments to define project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities and facilitating team collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including: Project charters Scope statements Project plans and schedules Cost estimates Requirements documentation Technical specifications Status reports Project closure documentation Lessons learned reports
  • Track, monitor, analyze, and report on project cost, schedule, and scope performance.
  • Ensure timely completion of project activities and efficient use of project resources.
  • Identify, assess, track, and resolve project risks and critical issues.
  • Prepare and deliver both formal and informal project communications.
  • Ensure projects comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and company policies.
