As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will be a member of our restoration department and will be working in homes or commercial buildings where a disaster has happened. Experience is preferred but on-the-job training is provided. Our project managers report to our Operations Manager and work alongside Large Loss Project Managers in assisting them during the restoration process to help people with asbestos concerns as well as those that have experienced a disaster, such as floods, fire, mold, broken pipes, or malfunctioning appliances. This position involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, collections, and ensuring that project deadlines are met. The Reconstruction Project Manager (RPM) finds satisfaction in celebrating and confirming completion of each and every project with the customer. Completion includes a number of team members: tradesman, sub-contractors, insurance company representatives, office staff and others. The RPM thrives in a fast-paced environment, running multiple reconstruction jobs in varying phases of the job life cycle. Successful RPM's have an eye for detail, are thorough, highly organized, and enjoy helping others.
