About The Position

We specialize in designing and manufacturing specialty, high-performance electronic cables, connectors, and assemblies, products that are trusted worldwide in critical military applications, including airplanes, helicopters, UAVs, and ground vehicles. As Project Manager, you will lead new key product and process development initiatives from concept through completion. You’ll engage closely with the Executive Leadership Team and cross-functional departments to drive successful outcomes, overcome challenges creatively, and deliver measurable business impact. Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities:

Requirements

5+ years of project/program management experience in new product development.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Expertise in project management principles, tools, and methodologies

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and stakeholder input.
Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Partner with Manufacturing and Materials teams to plan engineering and pilot production runs.
Develop and maintain project documentation in compliance with ISO/AS/ITAR requirements.
