Requirements

  • Proven track record in outside sales (3+ years in home sales)
  • Construction log Mechanical aptitude
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Customer service skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Team player
  • Good presentation and public speaking skills
  • IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications
  • Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines
  • Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Highly motivated and flexible
  • Maintain a 25%-30% conversion goal
  • Be able to sell $1Mil in revenue in your first full year with the company

Responsibilities

  • In-home sales
  • Take measurements of existing equipment
  • Properly Size and design new installation
  • Site visit with subtrades (pre job walks with install manager)
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
  • Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
  • Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
