Position Description This position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and responsibilities include: · Overall responsibility for ensuring successful project execution from project beginning to completion.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in civil engineering, construction management or related coursework
• Minimum of 8 years project management experience
• Experience with retail, hospitality, office, and industrial preferred
• 8MM + construction project size preferred

Responsibilities

• Periodic estimating and budgeting
• Creative problem resolution
• Project Scheduling
• Communication to all project stakeholders
• Supervision and management of superintendents
• Subcontractor and supplies negotiation and contracting
• Project financial management
• Periodic pre-construction services in tandem with pre-construction team
• Support and enforcement of company safety program
