About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced technology and communications environment. Requirements

  • 4–8 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in a professional services environment.
  • Experience with Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft, or Genesys product lines.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team projects successfully.
  • Strong technical aptitude, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience creating and maintaining project plans, risk registers, issue logs, and status reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
  • BS/BA degree in business, project management, MIS, computer science, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, or CBAP certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives, data analysis, BI tools, Microsoft SharePoint, and SmartSheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Monitor project performance using approved tools and techniques, reporting status to management and stakeholders.
  • Manage client relationships and maintain engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform risk management, identify issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track project billing, revenue forecasts, and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Document processes, develop diagrams, spreadsheets, and maintain comprehensive project plans.
