About The Position

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to coordinate between stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors. Sound like you? Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Equivalent experience also considered.
  • 3-7 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP (Project Management Professional).
  • CCM (Certified Construction Manager).
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Development: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create detailed project schedules and timelines. Develop budgets and manage project costs.
  • Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders. Conduct regular meetings to review progress, address issues, and update stakeholders. Ensure clear communication across all project teams.
  • Resource Management: Identify and manage required resources, including materials, equipment, and labor. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans. Resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Conduct inspections and manage quality control processes.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
