About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager responsible for managing complex, cross-functional projects that drive operational improvement and business outcomes within a factoring and financial services environment. This role requires a strong and demonstrated capability in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to ensure initiatives are successfully adopted and embedded into day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in financial services or operationally intensive environments
  • Strong, hands-on experience applying OCM as an integrated part of project delivery
  • Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with experience engaging both executive and operational audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in factoring, asset-based lending, or commercial finance
  • Formal OCM training or certification (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
  • Experience leading operational or system implementations with significant end-user impact

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives using PMO standards, owning scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive-level reporting
  • Integrate Organizational Change Management practices into project execution, including stakeholder impact assessment, communication and training planning, adoption risk mitigation, and post-implementation sustainability
  • Partner closely with Operations leadership to deliver improvements across core factoring processes
  • Translate business and operational needs into clear project plans and requirements, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and customer centric
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across functional teams and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability
  • Execute projects in alignment with PMO methodology, contributing to consistent delivery practices, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Other duties as assigned by direct, department, or division leadership.
