About The Position

Catalyx is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee projects in the pharmaceutical and automation sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring, with proficiency in Jira and MS Project.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within pharma, automations or software development environments.
• Hands -on experience with Jira and MS Project; experience leading Jira migration is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Kanban, Agile, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience in integrating automation into project processes is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Relevant project management certifications preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI -ACP), but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects across pharmaceutical and automation domains, aligning with a software development approach.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize project plans using Jira and MS Project.
• Facilitate project planning sessions, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and provide clear, concise reports to stakeholders.
• Support the migration from current Kanban setup to Jira, driving adoption of best practices for software -style project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams including engineering, QA, production, and regulatory to integrate automation into project workflows.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and industry regulation standards.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks proactively.
