Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the health and wellness sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables aligned with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and key artifacts.
- Communicate expectations clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Coordinate resources across departments and negotiate for required personnel.
- Lead project teams, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
- Conduct retrospectives and document lessons learned.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and tools.
