Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the health and wellness sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and key artifacts.
  • Communicate expectations clearly to stakeholders and team members.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Coordinate resources across departments and negotiate for required personnel.
  • Lead project teams, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
  • Conduct retrospectives and document lessons learned.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and tools.
