About The Position

TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate internal opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Part-time Project Manager. This position is onsite at the Washington, D.C. office location.

Requirements

Expert knowledge of federal records digitization standards and compliance frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to manage regulated, high-accuracy production environments.
Strong command of quality assurance methodologies and performance monitoring.
Proven leadership in coordinating multidisciplinary teams (scanning, QC, metadata, logistics).
Exceptional communication skills suited to federal client environments.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of a federal records digitization program in accordance with the approved Project Plan.
Develop, document, and maintain project plans covering digitization workflows, quality assurance processes, schedules, and deliverables.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and technical stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with NARA regulations and FADGI Technical Guidelines, including oversight of quality control and corrective actions.
Oversee daily operations at the Contractor’s facility, ensuring adherence to internal processes and federal requirements.
Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies; implement corrective measures as needed.
Review and approve inventories, status reports, and deliverables prior to submission.
Ensure personnel are properly trained and that equipment and workflows remain compliant throughout production.
Maintain clear documentation and communication to support audit readiness and contractual accountability.
Formal training in federal records management, digital preservation, or FADGI/NARA standards.
Continuing education in quality management or compliance-based project delivery.
