About The Position

The project manager plans, organizes, and oversees a project from start to finish. A project manager identifies the project's goals, objectives, and scope and creates a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. They communicate with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track. A project manager also evaluates the project's success and identifies areas for improvement in future projects.

Requirements

  • Expertise in project management strategies, methods, techniques, and procedures.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated competency in developing project schedule and other project documentation.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in project management.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience managing global teams.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical device experience is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
