About The Position

Project Manager - Mold Manufacturing Join our dynamic team at PM Mold as we strive to elevate our company to new heights. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and talented Project Manager to make a significant impact on our growing organization. Reporting directly to the Sr. Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting sales initiatives and managing projects to ensure timely, quality, and safe delivery that aligns with both corporate and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering; preferably Mechanical or equivalent exp
• Experience with plastic injection molding and/or tool and die and/or mechanical part design
• 5 years experience in project management for automotive component manufacturing and/or related engineering field (design, tool and die, automation)
• Experience with automotive quality processes (APAP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.)
• Proficient with computers in particular MS Excel, MS Project
• Proven success in managing projects within timeline and budget
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and with customers

• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities to help achieve revenue targets
• Initiate, coordinate, and complete all project-specific activities efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout project execution
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
