A project manager for the Creative Arts team at Canyon Ridge exists so that creative ideas come to life with clarity, teamwork, and excellence - delivered on time, aligned with our mission, and freeing our teams and other ministries from unnecessary stress. Primary Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution Build and manage timelines for campaigns, events, and creative • initiatives. Clarify deliverables, assign tasks, and set deadlines. Keep projects visible and updated in ClickUp. Success Looks Like: All active projects have clear timelines, owners, and due dates. Deliverables are completed on time and meet expectations whenever possible. Healthy, timely cross-team communication reduces surprises and keeps projects moving forward. Teams remain informed and engaged from start to finish. 2. Cross-Team Collaboration Serve as the link between Creative Arts and ministry partners. Translate ideas into actionable plans and keep communication clear. Success Looks Like: Ministry partners feel supported and informed. Collaboration produces cohesive, on-mission work. 3. Workflow & ClickUp Management Maintain ClickUp as the central project hub. Ensure tasks are updated, progress is tracked, and workflows improve over time. Success Looks Like: All projects are organized in ClickUp. Team uses the platform consistently. 4. Creative Asset & Event Coordination Manage timelines and quality for graphics, video, signage, social, and print. Coordinate logistics for campaigns and events. Success Looks Like: Assets are on-brand, on time, and meet vision. Events are well-supported creatively. 5. Print, Banners & Budget Oversight Order, track, and distribute print materials and banners. Oversee Communications portion of the Creative Arts budget. Success Looks Like: Print and banners arrive on time and align with priorities. Budget stays within forecast and invoices are processed promptly. 6. Calendar & Alignment Keep the churchwide calendar accurate and aligned with ministry priorities. Lead Big Picture meetings and weekly syncs with the Creative Arts Pastor. Success Looks Like: Calendar reflects real priorities. Leadership is aligned on project status and upcoming needs. Barriers This Role Overcomes: Miscommunication between teams. Missed or rushed deadlines. Inefficient workflows and unclear responsibilities. Bottlenecks from unanticipated dependencies. Budget surprises and last-minute expenses.
