About The Position

You Have: Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV. Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. Location: In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid) 375 Huku Lii Pl, Kihei, HI 96753 Schedule: Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Per Week Days Per Week: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) Your Manager: Preston, President Your Contribution to eDesign: Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute Status updates in Project Management Software (ex: iPoint, Zoho, DTools) at all times. Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness Mentor: Supervise and assist in professional development for our technicians

Requirements

  • Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV
  • Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final)
  • A steady work history (3yrs between hops)

  • Hiqh EQ

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA30
  • CAPM, PMP or similar
  • AVIXA CTS, CEDIA PM Track or equivalent
  • AV/LV Project Management experience
