What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee residential design-build projects from concept to completion, working closely with our internal carpentry crews, sales team, design team, and trusted subcontractors to deliver exceptional results. Requirements
- Has 2+ years of residential construction or design-build project management experience
- Understands construction methods, scheduling, and quality standards
- Communicates clearly and professionally with homeowners and crews alike
- Is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Has experience using project management software
- Brings integrity, professionalism, and a team-first mindset to every project
Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-construction meetings, coordinating sub-contractor bids, setting each project up for success
- Creating and managing construction schedules with linked payment milestones
- Communicating regularly with clients through project management software to keep them informed and confident
- Coordinating subcontractors and in-house crews to maintain timelines and quality standards
- Reviewing bids, budgets, and invoices to ensure cost accuracy
- Supporting your team with clear leadership, mentorship, and accountability
