Key Responsibilities: Design & Technical Documentation Produce and update drawings in AutoCAD (primary), with working proficiency in SketchUp and Revit Support preparation of plans, elevations, fixture layouts, and basic details for retail environments Maintain accurate, organized drawing sets and version control across multiple active projects Assist in translating design standards into clear, repeatable documentation Project Expediting & Coordination Support day-to-day coordination across design, construction, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and approvals to ensure forward progress Assist with planning and logistics for new stores, remodels, pop-ups, and maintenance initiatives Proactively identify missing information, scheduling conflicts, or coordination gaps Project Management & Organization Maintain detailed project trackers, schedules, and documentation systems (Monday.com or similar) Document decisions, revisions, and action items from meetings and site calls Support budget tracking, scope alignment, and vendor coordination Help standardize templates, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency and consistency Sourcing & Design Support Support sourcing of furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, signage, and specialty vendors Coordinate samples, specifications, pricing, and lead times Conduct design-driven research with a strong understanding of materials, finishes, and fabrication Maintain organized sourcing libraries aligned with KREWE’s aesthetic Communication & Facilitation Prepare clear materials for internal reviews and external coordination Draft professional, concise follow-up communication with consultants and vendors Support meeting facilitation, documentation, and follow-through • Communicate clearly and confidently across multiple work streams Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, design-oriented company or firm (architecture, interiors, retail design, experiential design, or design-build preferred) Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp and Revit required Experience supporting design documentation and/or construction coordination Strong organizational and project management skills Demonstrated interest in retail, physical environments, and design execution Strong design eye and taste level, with experience supporting sourcing and material selection Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities What Success Looks Like in This Role Design documentation is accurate, clear, and well-organized Project information is consistently tracked and communicated Sourcing and research efforts are thoughtful and aligned with brand standards The Senior Manager of Retail Build + Design is able to operate more strategically due to reliable execution support Benefits and Perks: Competitive wage Group health plans: health, vision and dental insurance Welfare benefits: life, ad&d, supplemental voluntary coverage FSA Plan & HSA Program 401(K) Investment Options Adoption Assistance, EAP, Commuter Benefits Paid Parental Leave Quarterly Cultural Spend Ongoing Training and Development, an Educational Allowance 10 paid holidays and Paid Time Off accrual KREWE employee quarterly frame allowance (of course!)
