The Project Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of senior housing developments (independent, assisted, memory care) from concept to completion, managing budgets, schedules, design, entitlements, construction, and stakeholder communication, ensuring projects meet operational, financial, quality, and regulatory standards for a successful transition to management. This position will oversee remodel construction, capital projects, including residential and common area refreshes.
