Field Service Project Manager Summary: The Field Service Project Manager is responsible for managing individual field service projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures customer satisfaction and adherence to safety, efficiency, and contractual standards for both internal and external jobs. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison among customers, internal teams, and field crews to ensure project alignment and successful execution.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen, and physical.
  • Complete a satisfactory nationwide criminal background check.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 + lbs., climb ladders, stand for extended periods of time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or client service role.
  • Experience in the energy or utility industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of technical documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make timely, informed decisions

  • Experience in the energy or utility industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret customer requirements and developed clear execution plans.
  • Maintain and communicate project status updates to Sales, Customers, Crews, and Management.
  • Monitor live job performance to ensure compliance with scope, budget, and safety standards.
  • Schedule equipment, personnel, and materials necessary for each project.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including validation of sales orders and warranty management.
