About The Position

E-Logic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a cloud-based data platform modernization leveraging AWS native services , ensuring performance excellence, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction in (US) Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 8+ years of IT project management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing federal or large-scale government programs
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Nice To Haves

• PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification
• Experience with AWS data platforms (Amazon Redshift preferred)
• Prior DOT or FMCSA experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for the TruData modernization initiative
• Serve as the primary interface with FMCSA leadership, COR, and technical teams
• Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, and deliverables
• Oversee execution of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and SOO objectives
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across technical workstreams
• Ensure compliance with FAR, TAR, Privacy Act, FISMA, and DOT security standards
• Support Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) execution
• Provide status reports, briefings, and performance metrics to stakeholders
