About The Position

The Project Manager will provide full-scale leadership, coordination, and oversight of the Grades 7–8 In-Person Instructional Tutoring Program delivered across five sites within the Get Ready Gear Up Minnesota initiative. This role ensures high-quality instructional implementation aligned to Minnesota Academic Standards, effective tutor training and support, smooth program operations, and consistent communication with school partners and internal teams. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for district leaders, site coordinators, tutors, and MasteryPrep leadership. Success in this position requires strong interpersonal and written communication skills, instructional expertise, operational precision, team leadership, and the ability to manage complex multi-site educational programming.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of instructional or school-based experience
• Strong knowledge of Grades 7–8 literacy, math, and/or science standards
• Experience managing or coaching instructional staff
• Ability to analyze data and support data-driven instructional decisions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel between multiple sites weekly

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Minnesota Academic Standards and MCA assessments
• Previous leadership in tutoring, intervention, or academic enrichment programs
• Experience developing or delivering professional development
