This is a fully remote position with hybrid availability in Nashua, NH; Springfield, MO; and Denver, CO. As Project Manager you will oversee recurring monthly consulting services, providing ongoing client engagement and predictable service delivery. You will manage scope, monthly workloads, and resource assignments while maintaining strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities include leading recurring check-ins, ensuring consistent delivery quality, managing financial performance (burn rate & forecasting) and proactively addressing risks impacting long-term client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of project management experience
  • 3 or more years using project management software preference
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Confidence in taking full responsibility for large-scale projects
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Pro-active/self-motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, preferred
  • General knowledge of manufacturing business systems and/or processes (CRM, ERP, PDM, PLM, and CAD)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients receiving recurring services
  • Host monthly/biweekly check-ins, reviewing utilization, value, and upcoming priorities
  • Plan monthly service allocations and ensure delivery teams are aligned with expected efforts
  • Maintain engagement calendars and ensure recurring deliverables are met on time
  • Maintain and validate a service backlog aligned to the service package or statement of work
  • Manage change requests when priorities or workload exceed the contracted scope
  • Assign tasks to consultants and specialists, ensuring workload balance
  • Oversee quality control on deliverables and consistency of service across months
  • Monitor hours/burn rate against contracted monthly allocations
  • Provide revenue forecasts for recurring services, identify opportunities for expansion or contract renewal
  • Support monthly invoicing accuracy (planned vs actual)
  • Identify trends that may jeopardize renewal or satisfaction (Scope creep, low engagement, budget risks)
  • Facilitate issue resolution and escalate complex blockers to PMO leadership
  • Deliver recurring performance reports & value summaries to Service Leaders
  • Track KPIs such as utilization, delivery quality, and retention metrics
  • Compile strategic proposals that meet client expectations
  • Coordinate responsible parties for scope input
  • Ensure measurable outcomes are identified and outlined in scope
