Duties / Responsibilities: 1. Day-to-day project management and implementation for assigned partner projects. This includes meeting all assigned project deadlines, clear and concise communication and accountability. 2. Contribute to establishing, refining and documenting via process flows, RACI charts and playbooks (or such other tools as may be applicable) the E2E internal processes as well as customer-facing. 3. Maintain high performance levels for partner processes. 4. Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable collaborative and effective dialogue for partner project implementation. 5. Accountability for meeting established metrics and customer expectations. 6. Understand third-party as well as internal processes and suggest strategies for standardization and optimization. 7. Facilitate development of shared sites and/or platforms across internal organizations to support real-time stakeholder alignment and coordination. 8. Drive repeatable, scalable workflows based on best practice adoption. 9. Provide accurate and regular reports to the management on the status of all active projects. 10.
