NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire a Project Manager to support a Federal agency. This role is located 100% onsite in Fort Sam Houston, TX . Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance. Key Responsibilities Plan, initiate, and manage IT-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and act as a liaison between business and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and project execution. Oversee project stages, assess business implications, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are achieved. Coordinate and manage IT projects across various domains, including facilities, construction, telecommunications, hardware/software implementation, and IT infrastructure. Support IT contracts, budgets, funding, and procurement using business management tools in coordination with management and contracting staff. Identify, document, and track risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. Provide end-to-end project management, including initiation, monitoring, reporting, and closeout. Create, review, and update Knowledge Management Articles to improve business operations and workforce efficiency. Oversee deliverables and ensure all project/program requirements and deadlines are met. Assign and coordinate project tasks in alignment with Site Manager expectations. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met and participate in internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment with government requirements.

  • A minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in project management, demonstrating required proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency
  • Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance
  • PMI, Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification
  • Ability to work 100% onsite in Fort Sam Houston, TX
  • Advanced certifications in project management or IT service management
  • Experience managing complex IT projects, including construction, cybersecurity, and networking
  • Previous Federal Consulting Experience
