About The Position

As Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects across multiple sectors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations. Reporting directly to the General Manager – Growth & Innovation, you’ll own the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial scoping and stakeholder engagement, through resource planning, budgeting, and risk management, to successful implementation and post-project evaluation. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting contract retention during re-tenders, and ensuring our solutions remain innovative, commercially viable, and operationally sound. The role acts as the central point of contact for stakeholders, suppliers and partners while maintaining alignment with the brand vision and operational objectives.

Requirements

  • Interest in stadia, arena, and conference operations, with a focus on food, beverage, and guest experience.
  • Awareness of industry trends and innovation, with an appreciation for design and detail.
  • Experience in administration and program management, supported by project management qualifications or 5+ years in hospitality leadership.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Competence in financial and analytical tasks to manage budgets and ensure timely delivery.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and contributing to process improvements.
  • Understanding of technology and its role in enhancing business outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to team goals.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and timelines effectively.
  • Familiarity with large venue operations and commercial considerations.
  • Adaptable under pressure, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
  • Organized and self-motivated, able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Commitment to building positive relationships across a wide range of colleagues and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning and execution of all food and beverage activations.
  • Manage and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Consolidate and monitor costings across FOH, BOH, COGs, labor, and beverage.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Act as the central liaison for internal teams, external partners, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Record and distribute accurate meeting minutes, actions, and follow-ups.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational and commercial goals.
  • Lead end-to-end program management for assigned projects.
  • Uphold venue and operational standards aligned with brand vision.
  • Support operations and business development with innovative solutions.
  • Develop detailed project plans, documentation, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor performance using data-driven tools and risk management processes.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring accuracy and cost control.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status updates to leadership.
  • Coordinate design deliverables and manage documentation to brand standards.
  • Support procurement of finishes, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to maintain progress and manage risk.
  • Lead system rollout, integration, and consolidation projects.
  • Oversee technology solutions and ensure alignment with customer experience.
  • Drive improvements in service delivery and operational performance.
  • Support contract retention and mobilization through operational readiness.
