The Global Arts Project Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing creative projects on the Global Arts Team by setting timelines, assigning deliverables, and managing both internal and external resources to ensure project success. This role provides consistent communication to stakeholders, tracks and utilizes key metrics, and ensures expectations are met across teams. They are responsible for the teamâs budget. The Global Arts Project Manager also manages contractor relationships, including communication, scheduling, progress tracking, and invoicing and payment coordination. This role will also support broader responsibilities of the Global Arts team as assigned. This role is responsible for leading project management initiatives that support the direction, and efforts of their team to outcomes that further Life.Churchâs mission and reach people for Christ.
