The Global Arts Project Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing creative projects on the Global Arts Team by setting timelines, assigning deliverables, and managing both internal and external resources to ensure project success. This role provides consistent communication to stakeholders, tracks and utilizes key metrics, and ensures expectations are met across teams. They are responsible for the team’s budget. The Global Arts Project Manager also manages contractor relationships, including communication, scheduling, progress tracking, and invoicing and payment coordination. This role will also support broader responsibilities of the Global Arts team as assigned. This role is responsible for leading project management initiatives that support the direction, and efforts of their team to outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ. Requirements

  • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions and problem solve with innovation.
  • Highly effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills to clearly explain complicated processes and foster partnerships.
  • Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure and provide vision to projects.
  • Brings strong attention to detail to every stage of the work, catching issues early and ensuring projects move forward smoothly and confidently.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of work-related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Team Leader and Ministries to ensure alignment across projects.
  • Ensure accurate budget and timeline estimates are created for projects and that expectation is communicated effectively.
  • Schedule and attend team brief reviews, brainstorming sessions, script thrashings/readings, and other critical meetings.
  • Manage expectations of stakeholders while providing regular updates on project milestones and timelines.
  • Track and evaluate key metrics for teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are being met.
  • Ensure proper organization and scheduling of new tasks, project timelines, and updates in Workfront.
  • Evaluate the project management process to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner, having clarifying conversations when needed.
