Pharmacists Mutual has an opening for a Project Manager. This role will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. Works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. Project Manager I Manages project tier level 3 projects. Serves as a point of contact for project stakeholders. Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Demonstrates quality project management knowledge. Ability to manage and escalate issues effectively without guidance. Leads projects from initiation to closure. Define resource requirements and develop full scale project plans. Tracks project deliverables and milestones, per the project plan, using appropriate tools. Frequently and regularly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Project Manager II Provides oversight to Project Manager I and Project Coordinator positions, as needed. Serves as a mentor and trainer to all project management team members, project team members and management. Demonstrates a high level of project management knowledge while managing projects. Has a broad understanding of each of our business areas.
