About The Position
We're looking for a Project Manager experienced in New Product Development (NPD) to lead cross-functional engineering teams through the design, development, and launch of cutting-edge industrial products. In this role, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle — managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks — while working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to bring innovative products to market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in engineering or product development
- Proven track record managing cross-functional projects in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of Agile and Stage-Gate development processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Jira, SAP, Microsoft Project, and financial forecasting tools
Nice To Haves
- PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
