Redpoint Connect is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead client-facing technology and telecommunications projects across multifamily, hospitality, and commercial environments. This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end—from pre-sale handoff and scoping through deployment, testing, turnover, and final closeout. Projects may include VoIP and UCaaS deployments, cellular POTS replacement, bulk internet and managed WiFi implementations, low-voltage and network infrastructure upgrades, as well as smart building technologies such as access control and camera systems. The Project Manager will drive execution by coordinating internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with expectations. This role requires strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving efficiently. This position is ideal for someone ready to take full ownership of projects and confidently manage complex, fast-moving initiatives across multiple stakeholders, providers, and field teams.
