About The Position

As a key member of the implementation team, the Project Manager will: Serve as the primary customer liaison, ensuring project goals, timelines, and budget expectations are met Manage installation scheduling, reporting, and follow-up activities Assign tasks to team members, track requests, and adjust project plans as needed Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders Assist with technical quality assurance and go-live support during implementation Identify opportunities to improve project performance, communication, and operational efficiency Support installation of wireless networks, cabling, and connectivity systems Perform upgrades and maintenance in live customer environments Test, configure, install, and document network hardware and software Participate in internal project management meetings Conduct construction site visits as needed Travel locally and throughout the U.S. as required Work onsite daily at our Walpole, MA office Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Highly resourceful, methodical, and solutions-driven with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking concepts
  • Experience with subcontractor management and budget analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Background in IT and/or hospitality technology preferred
  • Familiarity with BICSI standards is a plus
  • Experience with construction site visits preferred
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar platforms is a plus
