• Review and respond to incoming emails, prioritizing urgent client inquiries and project updates • Update and maintain the master calendar with events from multiple sources • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams (editorial, graphic design, IT) • Post articles and press releases to the website using the user-friendly CMS frontend • Add appropriate hashtags and tagging to social media post (with initial direction) • Track project deadlines and send reminders to team members • Process and organize ad sales information and client communications • Handle calendar invites and schedule coordination for team meetings • Monitor Constant Contact email campaign coordination with clients • Assist with invoice follow-ups as needed
