About The Position

THE PROJECT MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EXECUTING PROJECTS WITHIN A COLLABORATIVE, TEAM-BASED ENVIRONMENT. THE PM WILL BE THE MAIN POINT OF CONTACT FOR ALL PROJECT STAKEHOLDERS. THIS ROLE SUPPORTS THE COMPANY'S SALES AND OPERATIONS EFFORTS BY MANAGING MULTIPLE PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY AND COORDINATING CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL TEAMS, CUSTOMERS, GENERAL CONTRACTORS, AND SUBCONTRACTORS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL PROJECT DELIVERY.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to collaborate in a highly professional manner
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve disputes both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Thorough understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, and KEC scope
  • Proficient field measuring and field documentation ability

Nice To Haves

  • Previous construction related project management experience
  • Previous commercial kitchen equipment or foodservice construction
  • Technical skills to interpret construction methods, contracts, and drawings

Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution
  • Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, general contractors, customers, and internal project teams throughout all project phases
  • Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and installation of kitchen equipment and custom fabrication
  • Review and approve Purchase Orders and initiate project billings in accordance with contract terms
  • Travel to job sites as required to support project execution and coordination
  • Manage projects in accordance with applicable plans, specs, and contract
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and complete project documentation
