Here you will have an opportunity to work on the following: As a Program Manager you will have the necessary authority, accountability (including budget control), and responsibility for delivering an agreed scope of projects and ensuring that in creating the new capability on site they meet schedule, specification and business case requirements dependent on the stage of the program. To interface with Legacy & Future Programs on Capability, Capacity and Cost requirements to support the creation, development and establishment of the multi-year strategy and executable business plan to deliver. To help establish, develop and maintain the work breakdown structure necessary to deliver strategic objectives Assist in reporting out progression of activities and metrics associated with MA&T strategy initiatives Accountable for capturing and managing capital requests that support agreed MA&T strategies. Assist with identifying and managing risk mitigation strategies for MA&T Support and develop make/buy strategies for new and legacy programs Oversees management of C5.1 processes and updates in ARIS To implement project management best practice for delivery of all work – milestones, critical path, risk register and cost to complete forecasting

Requirements

  • Associate degree and 6+ years of experience Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Engineering
  • Bachelor degree and 4+ years of experience Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Engineering
  • Master of Science degree Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Engineering
  • PhD in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Engineering
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Nice To Haves

  • Has finance experience developing business case models for driving large investment decisions
  • Has supply chain and operational management experience

Responsibilities
