The Project Manager is responsible for defining, planning, and executing projects to meet business objectives. This role oversees project timelines, resources, and risks while ensuring clear communication and alignment across clients, internal teams, and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, Scrum).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones using project management tools.
  • Communicate project objectives, progress, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Delegate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and dependencies.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and resource capacity; adjust plans as needed.
  • Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans.
  • Generate documentation including SOPs, meeting agendas, and action plans.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for project status, resource utilization, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Share best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
