About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager in Muskogee, OK to join our team and manage active construction projects in the region. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports Collaborate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements Monitor and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field 5+ years of experience in construction and heavy civil industry Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards Location This role is required to be based onsite in Muskogee, Oklahoma . The Project Manager will support active construction operations in the Muskogee area and must be available for regular in‑person coordination with project teams, field personnel, clients, and stakeholders. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction and heavy civil industry
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
