About The Position

This is a senior-level project management role requiring leadership of cross-functional, scientific, and technical teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with expert communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Engineering or Science preferred). An MS/MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of success leading global programs in the medical products industry and 3-4 years of direct project management experience.
• Expertise in project/program management.
• Strong financial acumen and leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of GMP, GLP, and product development processes.
• PMP certification is desired.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with EU MDR (European Medical Device Regulation) is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of projects (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks.
• Present to executive leadership and manage stakeholder communications.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team.
