The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for all aspects of projects and initiatives executed in support of Global Rental Operations. They are responsible for leading projects and initiatives to on-time completion with achievement of stated requirements and within financial budget. The PM will perform activities including: creating and implementing project plans; acquiring and aligning resources; managing project work and teams; developing and distributing project communications; tracking project cost and hours; coordinating business handoffs; and performing project postmortems. The PM will support projects with deliverables that include, but are not limited to Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations initiatives. They will be expected to develop relevant knowledge of internal and external business processes that directly impact Global Rental Operations, its business partners, and its vendors. The PM will collaborate with other areas of the business to share best practices for efficiency, customer service, and business impact. The PM must have the ability to influence others, gain buy-in, and build effective business relationships.
