About The Position

Our client, a leading energy company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale engineering and construction projects valued between $200M-$1.5B. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead cross-functional teams through complex energy infrastructure projects from field execution through commissioning and startup.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
3+ years managing engineering projects from design through implementation
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
Strong project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, budget, risk)
Understanding of engineering design processes and technical specifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Experience with Solar PV and/or Battery Energy Storage Systems preferred

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of project execution for major energy infrastructure projects
Manage cross-functional teams including Development, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction
Oversee safety management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance
Drive cost management, schedule optimization, and quality assurance
Lead commissioning and startup activities for new facilities
Serve as primary company representative with regulatory agencies and stakeholders
Approve payments and change orders with unlimited authorization authority
Coordinate supplier/vendor relationships for cost reduction initiatives
Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications
